1、 Basic prerequisites for returns and exchanges
Before applying for a return or exchange, please verify whether the following two basic conditions are met:
1. The returned or exchanged products must be brand new, packaged intact, and have no damage to the appearance, without affecting secondary sales.
2. Submit a return application within the specified time frame, and if it exceeds the specified time, it will not be processed as a return or exchange.
